    The operators are very friendly, but breakfast was lackluster and our room is our only real space to have to ourselves. No sitting room for guests and no tv in the room. Have our own bathroom which is nice. Mattresses very firm and uncomfortable. However, very close to the ferry terminal and about a half hour from Victoria downtown. Lots of nice places nearby but not too much reason to spend time at the B&B.
